Public Housing
“Public Housing” is affordable housing provided at FHC. Affordable Housing means your rent portion will not exceed 30% of your household income.
Our Public Housing program is open to families who qualify as “low-income” which is 80% or less of the area average median income. If you live or work in the City of Ferndale, if you are age 62 or older, or if you have a disability, you may qualify for one or more preferences which would expedite your application.
